No. Our services provide advice, coaching, guidance, and preparation, not legal advice or representation. We work in tandem with your legal team (if you have one) or in partnership with one of the leading law firms in England, to ensure you are emotionally prepared and your documentation is clear, focused, and submitted effectively.

We primarily assist with applications relating to Divorce; and Child Arrangements—including 'lives with' (residence) and 'time spent' (contact) orders—and applications for Specific Issues to resolve a particular disagreement concerning a child's welfare or upbringing.  We can almost support urgent applications to court for situations where there maybe a flight risk or concern about a child’s welfare. 

No, we cannot formally act as your legal representative or speak for you in court however we can act as your McKenzie Friend and request permission to speak for you in court if you are unable to.  We are very familiar in advocating for our clients inside and outside of court in order for you to present the best case for you and your children. Our support is centred on preparing you to represent yourself confidently or to work effectively with your own barrister or solicitor.

We help you demystify the process, prepare clear and effective statements, organize evidence, and understand courtroom etiquette. Our coaching focuses on managing your anxiety and ensuring you can articulate your position calmly and persuasively to the judge.

We focus on preparing your documents and coaching you. We do not contact the court or file documents on your behalf, as that is the role of a legal professional or a litigant in person. Our role is to ensure your voice and application are as strong as possible.
