While we touch on emotional well-being, our coaching is solution-focused and forward-looking. We focus on providing you with practical tools and strategies to manage stress, improve emotional resilience and communication, and make clear-headed decisions, rather than a deep clinical exploration of past issues.
We recognize that high stress, anxiety, or hormonal changes (like those experienced during menopause or pregnancy) can significantly cloud judgment and intensify conflict. By addressing your wellbeing, we ensure you can approach challenging conversations and critical decisions from a place of strength and clarity. We hear from many of our clients that work based stress and financial pressures and health concerns including hormonal shifts such as the menopause, can play a huge contributing factor in the disturbance of relationship dynamics and therefore understanding them better can help change dynamics in a more positive and supportive way.
We offer supportive guidance on managing the emotional and physical toll of conflict, including sleep disruption, high anxiety, burnout, and navigating major life transitions like menopause or post-partum recovery, all in the context of your relationship crossroads. Jo is a trained mindfulness teacher as well as having completed the NHS Forteen Fish Menopause training run through Dr Newson’s clinic so she is well able to understand and appreciate not only the physiological impact but also the social impact on relationships, family and work.
